1) Is it safe to order online with a credit card?
Many people are worried about online ordering, giving out their credit card number online and scams... I don’t blame you.

With Workout Without Weights, long, 2 hour workout sessions are a thing of the past.
Obviously, there is not a set time to perform the workouts... the duration is determined by how much you perform per workout session.
However, the program is designed to progress without greatly increasing workout times.
Improvement is made by doing more, better, in the same amount of time.
Factoring in warm up and cool down time, typical workouts will take between 30-45 minutes.

Absolutely!
Unlike other people in the fitness industry... I don’t greatly differentiate between training for men and training for women.
We were both made to survive, flourish and excel in the same environment... and we have similar reactions to training.

6) Will Workout Without Weights make me strong? Will my muscles grow?
There is the wide-spread impression that you can’t get strong doing bodyweight exercises.
This is an unfortunate misconception!
Bodyweight exercises, done properly and according to the proper plan, will make you extremely strong.
Often, the strength gained is the exact type of strength needed to perform the tasks of sport, work and life with excellence!
If you can only do 2 push ups now, and through proper training you can now do 20... did you get stronger?
You bet you did!
As for whether your muscles will get bigger or not... the answer is yes and no.
If you haven’t trained before, or there has been a long lay off, you can expect to gain some muscle (but nothing like the grotesque muscle mag photos).
On the other hand, if you are a bodybuilder, bodyweight exercises will not contribute to making your muscles bigger.
What you will find with bodyweight training... you muscles will only get as big as necessary to aid performance.
This means they will help you achieve the fit, lean, athletic look that is physically attractive... but not the over-blown look of a steroid taking monster.

7) Can I lose fat with Workout Without Weights?
Yes!
But it is even better than that...
